My goal is to finish the year strong and take a chill pill from time to time. Nothing too concrete, but always remember that I should try my best and concentrate on my happiness and well-being.
Goals:
-Try my best and do better than last quarter
-Sleep more than five hours a night
-Stretch from time to time
-Kick the habit and temptation of drinking coffee
-Stop overthinking and appreciate what I have
sounds like a good enough list :)
